Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend guests with warm, attentive interactions
- Manage weekend reservation systems and walk-in guest flow efficiently
- Prepare and serve food/beverages following established quality standards
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in all guest areas during peak weekend hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS systems with accuracy
- Assist with weekend inventory management and restocking procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- Must be available to work all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, including evenings)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and passion for New Orleans culture
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
