Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations during weekend shifts, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate the weekend sales floor team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stockroom organization to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to boost weekend revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership roles.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Reliable transportation is required.
