Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by assisting with product inquiries and answering questions.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions and handling returns accurately.
- Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute visual merchandising plans and achieve sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during slower weekday hours.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while adhering to all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be a current high school, college, or university student (Students Welcome).
- Must have reliable transportation and availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and prior experience in cash handling are preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
