- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising standards to ensure the store looks appealing and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual with a strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic Math: Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and inventory purposes.
