Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries regarding merchandise.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policy.
- Perform basic inventory counts and markdowns as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
