Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Nashville store.
- Process sales transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Support the team during peak weekend hours and special events.
- Learn about our product inventory and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Handle cash handling and end-of-day reporting duties.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the 500 Broadway location in downtown Nashville.
