Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering product-related inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
