Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to management promptly.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and executing marketing campaigns on weekends.
- Ensure all safety protocols and loss prevention measures are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register and POS systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
