Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive and professional shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and demonstrate product features.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, including the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
