Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting them with their inquiries and product selections.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Merchandising: Help with restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring product displays are eye-catching and up-to-date.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory organization.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and reliability.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Education: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
