Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the register.
- Help customers find products and answer general inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals.
- Ensure the store looks presentable and welcoming to shoppers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
