Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about merchandise.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and processing returns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
