Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and sales transactions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure optimal customer flow and satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing inventory and cleaning work areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Chicago location.
