Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash and credit payments with integrity.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is visually appealing and organized.
- Organize the stockroom and maintain a clean, safe, and clutter-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
