Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
