Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases in a friendly and professional manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge to educate customers on the latest tech trends and features.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
