Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and personalized demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Stock shelves and maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure all store policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
