Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized shopping assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit card payments
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays according to brand standards
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with staff during busy shifts
- Uphold store security protocols and cleanliness standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (4 PM-11 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication skills and approachable, friendly demeanor
