Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Visual merchandising: arrange displays, restock inventory, and maintain impeccable store presentation
- Execute floor recovery standards to ensure pristine shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rushes to maximize sales conversion
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with shipment processing
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
