Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain boutique-quality displays
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with floor staff to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention procedures
- Support special weekend events and promotional activations
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising sensibility
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation to Dupont Circle
