Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and maintain organized store displays
- Assist with visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Participate in weekend inventory counts as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM-2 PM or 2 PM-10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our Post Oak Blvd location
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Must be available to start immediately
