Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Support visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
- Actively drive sales through upselling techniques and loyalty program enrollment
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotation procedures
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for customer service
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our West LA location
- Must be at least 18 years old
