Responsibilities

- Execute visual merchandising directives to create eye-catching displays and maintain store aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment, markdowns, and cycle counts
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaborative merchandising and operational support
- Uphold brand standards in store cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work consistently on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible daytime hours
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and lifestyle trends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent; current college students encouraged to apply
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation to Raleigh store location
