Responsibilities

- Execute visual merchandising to maintain boutique aesthetic and product presentation
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
- Participate in weekend sales events and seasonal promotions
- Maintain pristine store cleanliness and organization standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6-8 hour shifts)
