Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and maintain visually appealing displays
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal promotional setups
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store management
- Adhere to all safety, security, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays, 8am-6pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
