Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, window displays, and promotional setups
- Support inventory management through stock processing, replenishment, and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organized stockrooms
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM) consistently
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion and current trends
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing and inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ years old
