Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile and efficiency.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Build relationships with regular customers to drive loyalty.
- Support store management with inventory audits and visual merchandising.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
