Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards including restocking, displays, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational excellence
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive sales
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Support inventory control through cycle counts and shipment processing
Qualifications
