Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Efficiently process transactions using POS systems while maintaining accurate cash handling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment for assigned product categories
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and safety protocols
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring sales floor and securing high-value items
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and quarterly stock takes
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to 456 Commerce Street, Wichita
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible weekend availability (both Saturday and Sunday shifts)
