Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Restock shelves and merchandise to maintain visual standards and ensure product availability.
- Organize the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockrooms to keep the store tidy and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Handle cash handling and register duties with strict accuracy and adherence to security policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (recent graduates and students are welcome to apply).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
