Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and styling expertise
- Process POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorset changes and window displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, stockroom organization, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and training initiatives
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for fashion/trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Must be 18+ years old
