Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves and organizing inventory displays.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Assist with receiving shipments, processing returns, and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to arrive on time and maintain a consistent work schedule.
