Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor throughout the weekend shifts.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and organization as directed by store management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
