Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Support visual merchandising standards including restocking, folding, and display maintenance
- Assist with inventory management and shipment processing during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized sales floor
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
- Current student enrollment or recent graduate preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling POS transactions
- Strong communication skills and approachable customer service attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to North College Avenue location
- Previous retail experience a plus but not required
