What You Will Do:
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers warmly, answering questions and providing product recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system with speed and efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in receiving and organizing new inventory.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and racks, ensuring displays are neat and appealing to shoppers.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
