Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays to drive weekend foot traffic
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and organized store presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10am-6pm) with flexibility
- Strong communication skills and natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles
