Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge during weekend/evening hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Maintain store cleanliness and organized displays according to brand standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to store management when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak times
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
