Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling
- Manage inventory, restock displays, and ensure visual merchandising standards
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures including security protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekend sales targets and promotional goals
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room areas
- Participate in staff training sessions and product knowledge updates
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (7am-4pm or 11am-8pm)
