Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Assist in the visual merchandising of seasonal and promotional displays.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
