Responsibilities
- Delight customers with friendly service, product recommendations, and efficient checkout processes
- Support store operations through inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift coverage and store cleanliness
- Participate in basic training to master product knowledge and store systems
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including safety checks and cash balancing
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Dallas location
- Must pass standard background check
