Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling and product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently for transactions and inventory management
- Visual merchandising and boutique presentation maintenance
- Process returns/exchanges and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with team during high-volume weekend rushes
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or luxury customer service experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic math and POS system proficiency

- Valid CA work permit and reliable transportation
