Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium, professional demeanor to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Restock inventory and organize merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal and sales potential.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of weekend promotional events and store activations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor according to company standards.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Proficiency with mobile devices and basic computer applications.
