Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is priced correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and cleaning duties.
- Handle cash transactions and perform end-of-day cash balancing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and store targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis location.
