Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Maintain visual merchandising standards including displays and stock organization
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during shifts
- Support store operations during peak evening and weekend hours
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols throughout the store
Qualifications
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle physical tasks
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Reliable transportation to/from the Newbury Street location
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
