Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and displays to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in reporting stock discrepancies to management.
- Assist with store upkeep, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
