Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems

- Assist with inventory management and stockroom organization

- Support store cleanliness and operational standards
- Participate in weekend-only team meetings and training
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work all weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math skills and comfort with technology

- Reliable transportation to Uptown Charlotte location
- 18+ years of age
