Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the register using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and performing regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
