Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and checking stock levels.
- Ensure the store is secured at the end of the shift, including opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
