Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and style consultations
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an appealing store environment
- Collaborate with weekend teams to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stockroom organization
- Participate in weekend floor coverage, opening, and closing procedures
- Contribute to a positive team culture through proactive communication and support
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Valid Texas driver's license (if local deliveries required)
