Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods (2-4 hours at a time).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
